Home Grown Show update

Dear Blogger

Here is a reworded text about the Home Grown Show which I hope everyone will now be able to read.

Message from Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall Committee

Home Grown Show 12th September   2.30—4.00pm

Changes in the law mean that we are unable to sell draw tickets at your door any more, like we have been able to do for years.

We have set up an internet based draw and the details of how to enter are in the Trifold Leaflet which can be found in notice boards around the village, in Cafe Eleven, The Talbot Inn, Pam's Flower Shop on the outskirts of Nesscliffe, the Information Centre in Oswestry and Telescope Magazine, available in the Knockin Shop, and the Spar Shop in Baschurch.

We will be posting information through letterboxes, but due to the cost, not everyone's.  If you get a

leaflet please ask your neighbours if they have/want one.

The draw is an important part of our fund raising for the Village Hall maintenance.

We also wish to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of the draw ticket sellers both past

and present who volunteered to do this job.

Still plenty of time to enter the show with the completed entry forms to Cafe Eleven by 12.00pm on

Saturday, 11th September please.

Full details and entry forms can be downloaded from:
