Jacob & Drinkwater - Sep 21st, 8:30pm

UK alt-folk duo. Jacob & Drinkwater have been called "stand out new folk" by BBC6 Music and "inventive and thrilling" by R2 Magazine. Jacob's sweeping vocals never fail to captivate, delivering many a spine-tingling moment; the fluidity and precision of his finger-picking underpinned by Drinkwater's nimbly rhythmic double bass; at times sweetly soaring, haunting, percussive and driving, the layers of depth a perfect counterfoil. Featured numerous times on BBC Radio 2, BBC6 Music and lauded by their musical peers as one of the most accomplished acts touring the circuit today.

Brad Hunter, Free Keziah, Mark Harding - Sept 24th, 7pm
From the angelic acoustics of Hermon Chapel come a night of ambience and beautiful live music to entertain you all after a long old two years of COVID 19. The town of Oswestry will see three local artists take to the stage to showcase their music and art. Tickets cost £6 and will guarantee you a great night.

Mary & The Mudlarks - Oct 8th 8pm
Expect the usual blend of waltz, tango, musette and klezmer inspired songs, from old-time Klezmer, through French chansons, to covers of Cohen, Bowie, Britney and Lady Gaga like you've never heard before! Perky as anything, filled with passion and pizzaz, with occasional forays into musical frivolity, but always entertaining and engaging. They might even get you tapping your toes along...
Tickets £6.50 advance, £8 on the door. Doors open 45 minutes before show start (7:15pm)

Emma Linney Band - Oct 14th, 8pm
Anthemic melodies are fused together with a combination of strong and soothing harmonies, jazz infused brass sounds and funky bass blending styles of soul, pop, funk, jazz and blues. Raw, pure and rich in emotional sincerity, Emma's voice shares resemblances with soulful musical legends such as the rawness of Janis Joplin, dynamic and power of Randy Crawford, and accuracy and warmth of Etta James.
