CANOE AND BIKE HIRE IN SHREWSBURY
We hope all is well and you've had a good summer. We'd just like to make a quick contact with you and update you about our September offers and availability, which you may like to share with your guests.
As the changeover between Summer and Autumn comes in, many people want the chance to explore the local countryside and experience the spectacular beauty of our very scenic area and you may have visitors who want to be active, get out and about and really discover Shropshire for themselves.
For those interested in getting on the water and discovering our rivers, canoe hire does continue into autumn. Our main Quarry Park base is open until end of September, Friday to Monday, and the hidden gem of a river at Attingham Park is open weekends now until the end of October weather and river levels permitting. Customers can pre book, especially for longer hires, or they can turn up at the river and hire on the day – a reduced entry fee for non National Trust members is payable £5 adults £2.50 for children over 5. No experience needed and all safety equipment is provided. Hour hire £25, Half day £50 Full Day £75.
This year we have also launched an electric bike hire service, perfect for getting out and about to discover the sights and feel the exhilaration of ebiking – getting about with ease and pure enjoyment. Hire a couple of bikes, explore the area and grab a piece of cake and a hot chocolate on the way round. We hire half and full days 7 days a week as long as weather conditions allow. Normal price £35 per half day hire and £60 full day. This month you can hire Monday to Friday 20% off, or at the weekends hire two or more bikes and save £10 off half day hires and £20 off full day hires.
