A message from Prescott Surgery
Due to a combination of staff sickness and annual leave, we continue to be very short staffed in our administration and dispensary team.
Please accept our sincere apologies with any delays to answering our telephone lines, emails or in person when presenting at the practice reception.
If you are contacting the practice for any query that can wait a few days, we would appreciate you contacting us later in the week.
If you require an appointment, please do contact us, it just might take a little longer to answer our telephone line.
If you are arriving for an appointment our self-check in screen is now available, please use this as this will help reduce the queue at reception.
We are still waiting for our flu vaccine delivery and further guidance regarding the COVID booster vaccine. As soon as we have this information we will provide an update. Until this time please help us by not contacting the surgery with flu vaccine or Covid booster queries as we are unable to give any other information at this time.
