Balanced Life with Dee
Hatha Yoga classes restart on Monday 3rd January in the Village Hall. Monday and Tuesday evening 7-8pm and Tuesday afternoon 1.45-2.45pm (and sometimes follwed with tea and cake across the road at Café XI) £5 per session
Beginners and Intermediate levels always welcome. Now is always a good time to start!!
