Clerk to Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council
Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council,
next meeting 11th Jan 2022 at 6.30pm, St John's School hall (not Village Hall).
Please note the new location of the Council meeting (St John's School). The agenda is attached and can also be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, parishioners are encouraged to raise matters in writing to the clerk if they do not need to attend in person. Matters raised will be discussed and responses sent after the meeting.
If you do feel you need to attend in person, please email the clerk or telephone (01691 674742) so we can discuss the covid measures and make sure that we can accommodate everyone safely.
Amongst other matters, the Council will be discussing the Annual Risk Assessment, the recent casual vacancy, handrails for Gooseberry lane, Cliffe Local Nature Reserve Status, and planning applications for Ruyton Hall, and an appeal for the land adj. to Riversdale. The Council will also be finalising proposals for the 2022-23 budget and precept.
