Ruyton Parish Council supporting Ukraine

Message from David Spicer, Chair of Ruyton Parish Council.

I have today signed on behalf of the Parish Council support for the Council of European Municipalities and Regions  statement condemning Russia's military action and the multiple attacks and violations of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and expressing our full support and solidarity to the Ukrainian people.
