You can now pay your subscription for garden waste bins, go to:-

To subscribe you must register and set up a password then 'buy' a subscription. To find a way to pay for two bins you need to go to PERMITS and it is the last one on the list. A bit fiddly but I found it. You put Bin 1 in your basket, then look for the permit for Bin 2 and add that to your basket.
You need to subscribe before 30 Sept in order to maintain your present day of collection.
