Funding for the course has been secured so candidates do not need to pay anything. The course is accredited by the EDI awarding body and is nationally recognised.
Completion of the course enables candidates to apply for professional membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Content of the course covers:
Team leading responsibilities / planning
Health & Safety
Equality and diversity issues
Conflict management
It’s designed for those new or looking to get into management or even for those team leaders / supervisors who would like a nationally recognised qualification in management.
Please email me if you are interested stating your name, address, postcode and date of birth to ensure eligibility - candidates need to be above the age of 18 years.
If you would like to attend but can’t make the dates given, please register your interest anyway as we will be running this course again in the future if there is enough uptake.
