Tuesday 5th: Bread

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn to make your own bread at home. A lesson in basic bread-making skills, a white loaf, seeded bread rolls and soda bread!

Friday 8th: Knife Skills with Fish

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn how to gut and fillet a fish and the different techniques of cooking it, and learn the knife skills involved in preparing a beautiful vegetable slaw!

Tuesday 19th: Spanish

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn to make authentic Spanish food, 'Pan de leche' (Spanish sweet milk bread), Paella and crema catalana!

Wednesday 20th: Perfect Pies!

11am-1:30pm - £49


Make the pastry and filling for a deliciously creamy chicken, leek and mushroom pie, and a sweet pastry case for an amazing rhubarb and custard tart!

Thursday 21st: A Day of Artisan Bread Making

On this full day course learn to make a free-form white loaf (boule), a braided challah, delicious seeded rolls and learn the secrets of sourdough breads! (Lunch provided)

Friday 22nd: Dishes from the Middle East

Learn to cook an exciting array of Middle Eastern food, with dishes from Lebanon, Israel, Egypt and other countries!

Tuesday 26th: Italian Pasta Classics

Learn to make your own pasta from scratch, and use it to make a delicious goats cheese ravioli, tagiatelle and 'sugo al pomodoro' (tomato sauce).

Wednesday 27th: Choux Pastry Dishes

Master the art of choux pastry, and make fabulous profiteroles with crème patissiere and savoury choux buns with a delicious creamy mushroom filling!

Make a classic baked New York cheesecake, a 'no-bake' cheesecake, and an unusual but absolutely delicious, savoury cheesecake - a great alternative to the cheeseboard!

Saturday 7th: Demonstration of Moroccan Cooking

Watch a demonstration in our cookery workshop on how to make 'couscous aux sept legumes' (a traditional Moroccan casserole made in a tagine), a Moroccan flatbread, and various Moroccan salads!

Make authentic traditional tapas dishes to share with friends! Albondigas (meatballs), tortilla Espanola, chorizo & thyme bread rolls and more (time permitting!).
