Shropshire & BASCHURCH RAILWAY STATION - THE FUTURE
Shropshire's rail services are still woefully inadequate, depriving many people of the opportunity to seek work, education and leisure opportunities further afield, and forcing many who would rather catch a train on to our overcrowded roads. For example, our campaign to get Baschurch Station re-opened is still not being taken very seriously, despite the hundreds of new houses that have been built in Baschurch, Ruyton, Myddle and throughout the area in recent years, with goodness knows how many more to come.
This is a chance to ask serious questions of some very senior people from Transport for Wales and West Midlands Rail Executive, among others, so please come along and make your voice heard.
