Three favourite September gardens to visit
There are three of Shropshire's favourite gardens open in the coming week for the National Garden Scheme, raising money for nursing and caring charities.  Do visit if you can and enjoy these early autumn gardens in all their glory.  More information on our charity can be found at www.ngs.org.uk.  Thank you for your support.

GOLDSTONE HALL GARDENS
Goldstone, nr Market Drayton, TF9 2NA

This garden is beautiful all year round but especially so in late summer and autumn.  Open to National Garden Scheme visitors for the final time this year on Wednesday 4th September (2-5pm), this is a must-see garden in Shropshire with its double herbaceous border, roses and huge productive and cutting garden - a mass of colour at this time of year.  Also open By Arrangement for groups until the end of September: Contact: enquiries@goldstonehall.com
EDGE VILLA
Edge, Yockleton, Shrewsbury SY5 9PY

Another beautiful late summer/autumn garden with wonderful herbaceous borders, open for National Garden Scheme visitors for the final time this year on Sunday 8th September (2-5pm).  Huge productive and cutting garden as well to enjoy coupled with lovely views across the Welsh Hills and beyond. WINDY RIDGE

Full of wonderful design, planting and amazing sculptures, this garden has so much to enjoy!  Open for the final time this year for National Garden Scheme visitors on Sunday 8th September (12-5pm).  Over 1000 species of plant call this garden home combined into a wide range of colour-themed planting styles.  Also open By Arrangement for groups until the end of September: Contact: fionachancellor@btinternet.com
