Agenda for Parish Council meeting on 1st December 2020

Dear Blogger

Message from Lydia Bardsley, Clerk to the Parish Council.

I see there is to be a report from the Safer Roads group on the £225,000 award to improve our roads - I am sdure we will all be interested in the plans, particularly for the B3479 through the village.

There re also several planning aplications, including one for two houses on the Brownhill.

                                            Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council,

next meeting 1st Dec 2020 at 6.30pm using Zoom.

Members of the public are very welcome to join the meeting. The agenda and information on how to join the Zoom meeting can be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website, but participants must request the passcode directly from the clerk. There is a Remote Meeting Protocol, which we recommend participants have a read of before joining the meeting.

Amongst other matters, the Council will be discussing casual vacancies, the recent allocation of CIL funding for road safety improvements in the parish, notice board for Birch grove, mountain bike issues on the Cliffe and an update on the Local Nature Reserve designation, a Post Office update, road closures, climate emergency actions, and draft budget proposals for 2021-22.

Kind regards,

Lydia Bardsley
