Two beautiful gardens open in Shrewsbury on Sunday
Two of the most beautiful gardens in Shrewsbury will be opening together this Sunday 25th July (1-5pm) - Esme's and Nancy's Gardens, both nurtured by talented plantswoman, Nancy Estrey, are at the height of their summer beauty.  Nancy's Garden at 11, Elmfield Road is a masterclass in design and planting in an urban setting creating tranquility and all-year round interest.  Esme's Garden, in the heart of Meole Village has exuberant and colourful planting alongside the beautiful backdrop of Meole church.  Refreshments available at The Peace Memorial Hall in Meole, in aid of Omega, the End of Life Charity based in Shrewsbury: https://www.omega.uk.net
PLEASE NOTE PARKING/TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS:
Please park at Shire Hall lower car park (SY2 6ND) close to Nancy's Garden at 11 Elmfield Road; an NGS shuttle bus will run between the two gardens.  There is limited on-street parking in Meole Village for Esme's Garden - please park courteously.
Tickets can be booked in advance to this combined opening, but it is not essential as visitors can pay on the gate on the day: https://ngs.org.uk/view-garden/37131
