This morning a man with a pickup loaded with cones and traffic lights, came through the village putting back road closed signs on the Brownhill, which had been stacked againsts the wall.
An hour ago the Road Closed signs were across the road at Shotatton.
However, there is no sign whatsoever of anyone working on the water leak just down the road from Brownhill House.
Is there something else going on down by the bridge??
