FOOD FESTIVAL
Oswestry Town Council has had the pleasure of working with the Oswestry Food Festival since its conception and has seen the event grow from strength to strength of the years, becoming one of the best in Shropshire. Tens of thousands of visitors enjoy the occasion and the diverse variety of local produce the event has to offer is a credit to the organisors. Admission for the public remains free which is one of the reasons it is so popular.
The indoor market will open on Sunday of the event and there will also be an outdoor market on the Bailey Head over this period. There are plans for live music on the Bailey Head, as well as a reggae event within Cae Glas Park which was extremely well attended last year.
