Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council Meeting - Planning Applications

Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council Meeting will be held on
 
Monday 21st July 2014
 
at 7.30pm  
 
The Victoria Room, Ruyton XI Towns
 
Members of the public and press are most welcome to attend the meeting.  The detailed agenda for the meeting is attached.

Planning applications to be considered at the meeting by the Parish Council include:
 
Reference:  14/02872/COU Memorial Hall, Church Street, Ruyton XI Towns
Proposal:  Change of use to be able to serve tea/coffee, cakes, sandwiches etc.

Reference:  14/02740/FUL Platt Mill Farm, Platt Bridge, Ruyton XI Towns
   Proposal:  Erection of building to house 7 No. double boarding kennels.
 
   Reference:  14/02607/FUL Water Pump House, 3 Elbridge, Ruyton Xi Towns
   Proposal:  Erection of a 2 storey rear extension; including installation of balcony.
 
   Reference: 1402856/FUL Coton House, Ruyton XI Towns
 Proposal: Two storey oak frame sun room & single storey pool house linked to house.

Your Shropshire Councillor Nick Bardsley will be present and provide a Shropshire Council report.
