Come and join woolly minded people for a day of creative mayhem as we all join together at the wonderful Hermon Chapel, Oswestry, to celebrate The Year of the Sheep, The House of Aries and Spring Equinox – and cake..
From spinning, through to needle felting, crochet, knitting, peg looming and weaving, and the chance to buy fleece, fibre, finished goods and cake, it is going to be a simply splendid day.
Hermon Chapel is a fantastic building – retaining all its box pews and the upstairs gallery, with some great art installation.
To keep us all going – there is a goodly selection of cakes – from raw and vegan to the full buttercream monty – whatever your taste, and a whole range of teas to satisfy the palate.
The Spring Lamb Day is free to enter, though donations for heating are gratefully accepted but hey, this is wool celebration so if the weather is chill, wear your finest creations!
