The first 2024 Shrewsbury Repair Cafe will be this Saturday at the United Reform Church by the English Bridge, from 10 till 2.
It will be held on the 3rd Saturday throughout the year except for December.
We offer repairs on small items including electrical and mechanical items, and textiles. What we don't repair are mobiles and computers, and because we don't have the right equipment we may not be able to repair rucksacks and cases (Shaun's shoe repairs in Roushill Bank near Lloyds can usually deal with these).
If anyone has been given a sewing machine and is nervous of using it, bring it in and we'll offer free tuition.
