Christmas in Oswestry

Message from Lynn & Sue at the Mile End Tourist Information Centre - you should call in one day and see how much they can do for local people as well as passing tourists.

Santa is on his way!   There are lots of events where you can go and see the great man or to visit Christmas Fairs to support local organisations  . I have attached a copy of our events list for your information, there have been one or two new entries since the last one. I have also attached the 2014 one for your information.

We still have lots of lovely crafts on sale if you are looking for locally produced gifts.  We also have a good range of books that would be ideal gifts.

Can we please ask that you let us know if you are open over Christmas and if so what vacancies you may have?

As we are part of Shropshire Council we will be following their policy of closing all council buildings between Christmas and New Year.  We are open until Lunch time on Christmas Eve and then we reopen on 2^nd January 2014.  We intend to place the” After Hours Board”  in the window during the closure so your vacancies will still be available to anyone who turns up without a reservation.
