NEW LESSON! Pork Wednesday 15th October Using our local pork from Jamie Wards farm learn about the different cuts and ways of cooking with it. Make delicious dishes such as roasted belly pork, schnitzel with tarragon sauce, and pork and onion meatballs in a sundried tomato sauce. BOOK NOW! NEW LESSON!
