Derwen College, in Gobowen, near Oswestry, is proud to display a new 'Safe Place' sticker on the college's newly refurbished Walled Garden Café.
Derwen College is a designated Safe Place where vulnerable or at risk people can come to if they need support, feel frightened, anxious or at risk. Trained staff will support anyone who is feeling vulnerable, offer them a seat and a drink in the café, and will contact their family or carers
The Walled Garden Café has recently reopened after lockdown with a bright new look and tasty new menu.
The college's Garden Centre and Gift Shop and new The Vintage Advantage charity shop are also open to the public.
