Dear Blogger
Message from Qube, Oswestry - Things are opening up at last!
Latest news and updates from Qube Hello from us all at Qube... Thank you to everyone who has come to see us since we reopened our doors. It's been a real pleasure to see visitors again! We will be reopening on Saturday mornings from 8th May. Our opening hours will now be Monday to Fridays, 9am to 5pm and Saturdays, 9:30am to 12:30pm. If you are coming to see us please remember to wear a mask or face shield and maintain two metre social distancing to help protect our team. We are really excited to be restarting our social groups at Qube this month. The groups will initially be smaller than before to enable social distancing but all current members have been sent an invitation to join us at a group soon. Our members are still receiving regular phone calls from us and fortnightly activity packs in the post. If you're looking at getting out and about a bit more as restrictions start to ease, Dial-a-Ride are on hand to help. The service is for anyone without access to public transport or a car. Call us on 01691 671571 or email info@qube-oca.org.uk for details and bookings. There are a few days left to see The Society of Wood Engravers 83rd Annual Exhibition. This collection of over 100 beautiful wood engravings will be moving on to it's next touring venue in Stroud next week. If you have been unable to visit us during the week, the exhibition will still be on display on Saturday 8th May (AM). You can also still see paintings by locally based artist Andrew McConnach in the gallery. Some of our team are still partly working remotely but please feel free to call or email us if we can help you or someone you know. You can contact us on 01691 656882 or email info@qube-oca.org.uk.
