EXTEND and PILATES:
There will be no Extend or Pilates next Wednesday, 6th June, as our instructor, Jill, has to attend a two day course.
Both will resume, as normal, the following Wednesday, 13th June. She sends her sincere apologies.
Karen will still welcome us, and anyone who would like to join us, at Cafe eleven at 10.30am on Wednesday as usual.
