As we come to the end of June (and hopefully this awful spell of bad weather) we have a very special garden, opening for the first time on Sunday 30th June for the National Garden Scheme: Beam Cottage at Colemere near Ellesmere. A quintessential English cottage garden surrounding a 400 year old thatched cottage (not open) in this delightful village with its beautiful Mere. Herbaceous borders, vegetable and herb garden several species of roses clambering through trees; specimen trees and shrubs.
