Celebration of the Return of the Light
December 21st is Winter Solstice. The Sun has reached it's lowest point on the horizon and we are returning to longer days and more Light. Although it may not feel like it for a while, we know it is happening. Let's celebrate the move from darkness to light together in (a short) meditation and Biodanza.
