Calling all artists! Only one month left for Qube Arts Open entries. There is one month left to send entries for the Qube Arts Open 2017! This increasingly popular event attracts artists from across the country, with entries reflecting a set theme. Anyone is eligible to enter and works can be of any medium, 2D, 3D or digital. The theme for 2017 is 'New Horizons'. A £500 cash prize is awarded to the winning artist, decided by an independent panel of judges. There is also a People's Choice Prize for the artist with the most public votes. The winner of this will receive their own 4 week exhibition at Qube the following year. An exhibition of shortlisted entries will be held at Qube and the winner of the Best in Show prize will be announced at a Prize Giving evening at the beginning of the exhibition. This evening always draws a big crowd and is a great opportunity for artists to meet and network with others. The last day for entries is 30th June 2017.
