Thank you to all the pumpkin farmers from Open Farm Sunday, you will all be getting a personal e-mail next week. If you missed your chance to plant your pumpkins don't worry you have one more week to plant your own, after then you can adopt a pumpkin! For £5 you plant or adopt your pumpkin. During October Half Term you come along and pick your pumpkin or pumpkins! If your plant has produced multiple pumpkins - they are all yours!! During October Half Term anyone can come and pick or buy a pumpkin for £6 each so get in now for a better deal!! | | | | |
 | | | | | Polo Tournament Sunday 25th June 2017
After the success of our first tournament with Maple Rose winning the Timmis Cup. Our next tournament will be on Sunday 25th June. It will commence at 11am. The day will take place at Moor Farm Polo Club and entrance is free to the general public. There will be a public bar and BBQ available but if you are wanting a delicious and unlimited continental brunch for £15 in the comfort of a marquee, day membership will also be available at £20 (limited tickets). There are picnic packs available from the farm shop at £12. Come along and enjoy a wonderful day of polo. Whatever you do - dress for the weather and get ready to stamp in those divots!! | | | | |
 | | | | | Pop Up Opera Returns to Moor Farm Friday 28th July 2017
TICKETS ON SALE NOW!! Cimarosa's Il Matrimonio Segreto (The Secret Marriage) A rich Italian businessman attempts to marry off one of his daughters to a mad English toff with disastrous results. One of the most successful comic operas of the late eighteenth century, Cimarosa's Il Matrimonio Segreto is about following your heart and makes for a perfect summer opera filled with our special Pop-up Opera humour, sparkle and fun. Packed with tunes and matrimonial mayhem, the opera's premiere in Vienna was the occasion of the longest encore in operatic history; Leopold II was so delighted that he ordered supper served to the company and the entire opera repeated immediately after! Subtitles will be projected onto the wall so you can follow the whole opera in English. There will be a fully licenced bar serving alcohol, soft drinks and hot drinks. You can preorder your picnic from the shop for £12 which includes everything you need for a delicious supper whilst watching the fantastic opera performance. The opera will be performed in the farm workshop and though it will be the middle of summer, please do bring coats to be on the safe side! Boot Camp is fantastic at Moor Farm. Amy is tough but a brilliant personal trainer. If you're looking to get fit, fitter, tone up or loose weight this is the ideal way to do it! Boot Camp is a fun and effective full body workout in the great outdoors!! All levels of fitness welcome. The following days and times are as follows: 6AM = Monday & Wednesdays (45 mins) 8PM = Tuesdays (1 Hr)
9.15AM = Wednesday (term time only) (1 Hr)
8AM = Saturday (1 Hr) £5 per session or £40 unlimited sessions per month. Come and start your fitness journey with us. Put the fun back in to your fitness, while getting the results !! Whatever the weather, we train!!! | | | | |
