Local author, Ron Turner, will launch his second crime novel, Murder on the Moss, which is set in Whixall Moss.
Barry Probin, from the Shropshire Wildlife Trust will give a talk about people, ancient and modern, who lived and died in Whixall Moss.
Ron will give a short reading from his crime novel.
Donations and some proceeds of the book sales will go to support the work of the Shropshire Wildlife Trust.
