Father Christmas tour of Ruyton XI Towns
Saturday December 21st is Santa Run Day
We will start moving from School Road at about 4:45pm
That means we should finish by about 7:00
We will ditch the trailer and get changed a bit and then several of us will be going to Church to hear Beth and her friends giving a concert to give some financial support to her trip to Senegal.
The concert costs £6
That will finish at 9:00 to 9:15
Some of us are going on to the Dog for dinner since we won't have had dinner.
But of course the kitchen normally closes at 9:00
Leanne has kindly offered to keep the kitchen open long enough to "squeeze" us in, but we will be a "party" and will therefore need to choose from the Party Menu enclosed, and WE WILL NEED TO PRE-ORDER. If you have any problem reading the menu, just call - I have the original paper copy.
So if you want to join us please email your choices to me by Tuesday so that she has time to shop and arrange staff etc.
