Hi Everyone,
LADS    AGM, Tuesday 29th April 7.30pm at Llanymynech Village Hall.
I'm keen that we should have a really good turn out, so whether you are a current active member, a member who we haven't seen for a while, or just someone who is interested in LADS and thinking of joining our ranks (there will opportunity to pay subscriptions on the night) we would be really pleased to see you.
While artistically and financially we continue to flourish, the core group of active members is small, and this sometimes makes putting on a show quite a challenge, hence the call to all members and would-be members.  It's useful to re-affirm the pool of talent           we can call on, however large or small the amount of help you can give, and in whatever capacity  - acting, directing, back-stage crew, front of house, administration.  This will be particularly important for two challenging productions, “Wilfred Owen” which Neil will be producing in the Autumn, and “The Taming of the Shrew” which Pam will be producing in Spring 2015.  Both will have biggish casts, and both will require good production teams.           Both Neil and Pam will talk about their productions at the AGM – in fact Pam might just do some early casting and recruiting of crew!

It goes without saying that there will be refreshments and opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones.  As ever, LADS aims to be both friendly and fun, and while there might be some serious hard work along the way we mustn't lose sight of this.
With all this in mind, please make every effort to attend
Regards,
Barbara Harris,

Chairman
