Apologies for the delay; however up until yesterday there was a fear that the meetings would not take place.

RUYTON XI TOWNS ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

Monday 9 May 2016

Held at The Victoria Room, Ruyton XI Towns

Meeting commences at 7.00pm

You are invited to attend the above Annual Parish Meeting to find out what is happening in your community. Local community groups the public and press are welcome to attend. Parish electors are entitled to put forward resolutions and vote on local issues. The meeting is usually attended by your Shropshire Council Councillor, a police representative and will be chaired by Colin Case, Chairman of the Parish Council.

Where Parish Council business is discussed, a new Chairman is elected and local representatives. The Parish Council's Accounts for the previous year are adopted and any planning applications or public concerns are discussed.

The Parish Council is currently seeking public donations towards the Village Hanging Basket Project; many thanks to those of you who has already contributed. Should anyone wish to make a donation to the scheme which costs in the region of £550 per annum plus the time of a number of valued volunteers, please make out a cheque donation to:

 "Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council"

  and send your remittance to the Clerk at the address shown below. The Council looks forward to another splendid floral display...er weather permitting!
