Footpath in Ellesmere

Message from Luke Neal.

Dear All,

Concerning the recent Inquiry into the footpath between Spunhill Farm and the canal (at Bridge 56).  The Inspector has confirmed the Order, subject to a minor modification concerning a stile at the bridge.

This means the footpath will be re-opened in due course.

 The decision letter will be posted on the Planning Inspectorate's web-site.
