I understand the Talbot Inn changes hands on the morning of Monday 15th September. It seems the new management team are intending to close for the week for some refurbishment.
So the AgeUK Lunch Club can't meet there on 15th (our normal booking) so we are having an "away-day" to the Featherbed Pub near Tesco at Harlescote. This brand new pub does a Carvery for £6.25 in the week (a bit more at week-ends) so with the short notice we'll give it a go.
Any Lunch Club Member who would like to join us but would need a lift please contact me and I'll try and fix it.
12:00 for 12:30 as usual.
Over the Harlescote Crossing, left at the lights and then left again at the lights into Tesco. Then right off the little roundabout and round the back of the pub to the car park. I'll try and run the raffle as normal.
