Coming Live Music Events
Tickets can be booked in advance in person, over the phone or online through our website. The Willow Eatery will have a licensed bar open each music evening and will be serving meals before the event, see below for further details.

Faith Brackenbury & John Neilson
Saturday 17th October, 8:00pm (doors open 7:00pm)
Tickets £8
Faith Brackenbury and John Neilson have played together since 2013. Their concerts include original instrumental music on fiddle, piano and accordion, leavened with shorter pieces reflecting their background in traditional music, and the occasional song.
Faith (fiddle, viola, piano) played classical violin as a child but was soon drawn into folk music, then jazz, which she went on to study at Brunel University and Birmingham Conservatoire. She plays in several combos and also composes. Her playing with John draws on the many strands of her musical background.
John (accordion, piano, bouzouki, voice) is mostly known as an accordionist and writer of tunes, having co-founded various outfits over the years including Manticore, Francisco the Man and Bosco, who all did their own thing with traditional music. Playing with Faith gives free rein to his liking for less conventional stuff, and allows him more scope on the piano.
'I love contemporary classical music, folk traditions and improvising. You brought all this together: it was a wonderful surprise.'  Wilf Thust

The aim is to create a well modeled and expressive representation of the human face.
