Message from Sarah Bant, Doctors Meadow.
Our cat Smudge has been missing for over 2 days now. We live on Doctors Meadow at the park end, backing onto the river. Could you please check all sheds, greenhouses and garages to see if he's got shut in? Goodness knows how far he goes adventuring and he has swum across the river many times before. But usually he is back within 24hrs or so, hence why we are worried he might have got stuck somewhere. He has thick soft black hair with white socks, white splodges on his face, chin and tummy, and long white whiskers/ear fluff. He miaows in response to his name (when he has not miaowed himself hoarse) and is very affectionate. He is chipped but doesn't (won't) wear a collar. If you can just check he's not trapped anywhere or lying somewhere injured, we would be most grateful. If he's just wandered too far I'm sure he'll make it home. I'll add some pictures too.
