NHS banner - stay home protect the NHS save lives

Coronavirus (COVID-19) What you need to do

Stay at home

Please follow the latest Stay at Home advice to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (where this absolutely cannot be done from home)

  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Do not meet others, even friends and family
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

You can spread the virus even if you don't have symptoms.
