'Inside Out' reveals a place we all know well, but none of us have ever seen - the human mind.

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions - Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley's mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

George Farquhar's wild comedy of love and cash comes to kinokulture cinema.

Love and money are two topics well used in theatre, but rarely to such good effect as in George Farquhar's brilliant comedy, The Beaux' Stratagem. Directed by Simon Godwin, who recently directed Ralph Fiennes in Man and Superman, the cast features Samuel Barnett, Geoffrey Streatfeild, Susannah Fielding and Pippa Bennett-Warner.

Mr Aimwell (Samuel Barnett) and Mr Archer (Geoffrey Streatfeild) may be overflowing with charm but their wild ways and high living have left their bank balances in a rather negative state. Then they hit upon a cunning ruse to flee the capital and head out to provincial Lichfield to seek wealthy young women to marry for money. But have they met their match when they meet up with the equally cunning Dorinda and Mrs Sullen?

Fashion icon Iris Apfel is captured by the legendary Albert Maysles (Grey Gardens & Gimme Shelter) in this fascinating documentary.

IRIS pairs legendary 87-year-old documentarian Albert Maysles with Iris Apfel, the quick-witted, flamboyantly dressed 93-year-old style maven who has had an outsized presence on the New York fashion scene for decades. More than a fashion film, the documentary is a story about creativity and how, even in Iris' dotage, a soaring free spirit continues to inspire.

IRIS portrays a singular woman whose enthusiasm for fashion, art and people are life's sustenance and reminds us that dressing, and indeed life, is nothing but an experiment. Despite the abundance of glamour in her current life, she continues to embrace the values and work ethic established during a middle-class Queens upbringing during the Great Depression. "I feel lucky to be working. If you're lucky enough to do something you love, everything else follows."

Gemma and Charlie Bovery arrive in a small French village ready to build a home for themselves. Little do they know that this was where Gustave Flaubert wrote his masterpiece that made use of their surname: Madame Bovery.

Baker, Martin Joubert, knows this and as he makes the acquaintance of the British couple, he wonders if they are more like Flaubert's characters than they know.

As Gemma catches the eye of a young French man, Martin can only watch as life begins to imitate art. Tensions run high as the lines between right and wrong become blurred, and the idyllic life Gemma and Charlie had hoped to lead becomes more threatened every day.

This modern re-working of Flaubert's classic tale is both funny and moving, directed by Anne Fontaine (Coco Before Chanel). Starring Gemma Arterton (Tamara Drewe) and Jason Flemyng (Great Expectations), Gemma Bovery is a romantic comedy that will thrill lovers of literature and cinema alike.

"A light and fluffy lampooning of both the middle classes and the male gaze, featuring a great performance from the ever-charming Gemma Arterton in the title role." The List

Like most teenage girls, Minnie Goetze (Bel Powley) is longing for love, acceptance and a sense of purpose in the world. Minnie begins a complex love affair with her mother's (Kristen Wiig) boyfriend, 'the handsomest man in the world,' Monroe Rutherford (Alexander Skarsgard).

What follows is a sharp, funny and provocative account of one girl's sexual and artistic awakening, without judgment. Set in 1976 San Francisco, 'The Diary Of A Teenage Girl' begins at the crossroads of the fading hippie movement and the dawn of punk rock. News commentary of the Patty Hearst trial echoes in the background, as Minnie's young expressive eyes soak in a drug-laden city in transition, where teenage rebellion and adult responsibility clash in characters lost and longing.

Minnie's hard-partying mother and absent father have left her rudderless. She first finds solace in Monroe's seductive smile, and then on the backstreets of the city by the bay. Animation serves a refuge from the confusing and unstable world around her. Minnie emerges defiant, taking command of her sexuality and drawing on her newfound creative talents to reveal truths in the kind of intimate and vivid detail that can only be found in the pages of a teenage girl's diary.

Andrew Haigh (Weekend) is one of Britain's most emotionally intelligent auteurs, his third feature '45 Years' based on a David Constantine short story, traces a week in the life of married couple Geoff (Sir Tom Courtenay) and Kate (Charlotte Rampling).

A black-tie sapphire anniversary is planned for Saturday, but on Monday Geoff receives a letter from Switzerland: the body of his ex-girlfriend Katya has been found in the mountains, unaged since 1962. What follows is an enigmatic, impeccably paced exploration of marriage, regret and the dangers of memory.

Delicate and thoughtful, this particularly moving film further enhances Haigh's reputation as one of British cinemas brightest talents, drawing out superb performances from his veteran leads which will no doubt be in contention with the best of the rest when award season makes its way around.

"It's a film of small moments and tiny gestures that leaves a very, very big impression." ***** (Time Out)

Roger Waters, co-founder and primary songwriter of Pink Floyd, fuses the epic and the personal in Roger Waters The Wall, a concert film that goes well beyond the stage.

Based on the groundbreaking concept album, Roger Waters The Wall could be called a concept film: it's a state-of-the-art show that dazzles the senses, combined with an intensely personal road trip that deals with the loss Roger has felt throughout his life due to war.

After the film we present The Simple Facts, a unique opportunity to see Roger Waters and his Pink Floyd bandmate Nick Mason – reunited, unscripted, and in conversation to answer questions submitted by fans from around the world.

Written and directed by Waters and Sean Evans, the film operates simultaneously on three levels: as an immersive concert experience; as a road movie of Waters' reckoning with the past; and as a stirring anti-war film about the human cost of conflict.

Filmed during Waters' acclaimed, sold-out The Wall Live tour of 2010–2013, Roger Waters The Wall gives audiences a visceral sense of being present and experiencing the performance in a way that not even the best seat or backstage pass could afford.

Waters drew on his own life in writing The Wall, Pink Floyd's 1979 double album about a mentally disintegrating rock star haunted by the wartime death of the father he never knew. The Wall grew out of an incident at a concert when Waters, frustrated by the audience's behaviour, spat at a disruptive fan. Appalled by his own behaviour, he created a concept album based on his desire to literally wall himself off from the world. Thirty years on, Waters came to The Wall as a different artist with different concerns. He brought a more universal perspective to the story's themes of war, loss and alienation, directly invoking the world we live in today.

Roger Waters The Wall captures Waters as he performs The Wall in its entirety at stadiums and arenas around the world. He and Evans, the tour's creative director, used the most innovative digital and audio technology available to build a truly 21st-century, monumental production. It is a state-of-the-art show that dazzles the senses with 15k visuals, pyrotechnics, phantasmagoric puppets, stunning animations, audio effects and 360° sound. Meanwhile, scaffolding rises and falls as an actual wall is constructed on the stage, gradually obscuring the band from concertgoers' view. It's bravura entertainment, yet it's also a spectacle with meaning, opening with the projected images of fallen loved ones.

Run time: 2 hours 45 mins (including intro & The Simple Facts Exclusive In-Conversation with Roger Waters and Nick Mason).
