Done! - well, nearly.
The team worked hard and fast. They said two hours at 11:00 and they left at ten to one - well impressed. It stays like this with half-road barriers until mid-morning tomorrow - to allow for settling or cooling or whatever. Then the barriers and everything all get taken away. They managed to keep at least one lane open nearly all the time - with me as the stop/go board - great fun. And many thanks to the many local residents who offered me tea and coffee - thank you!
